Eligibility: You confirm that you are a previous customer of AGS Stainless and that the video features an AGS Railing System.
Originality: The video is your original work, and you have the rights to all content included, including any music, images, or other materials.
Usage Rights: You grant AGS Stainless a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your video in marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and promotional campaigns.
Video Specs: Videos must be under 2 minutes and 500MB in file size. Videos not meeting these requirements may not be considered.
Content Guidelines: Videos must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content. AGS Stainless reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with these guidelines.
Privacy: Personal information (name, email, phone) will be used solely for submission management and will not be shared unless required by law.
Liability: AGS is not responsible for any loss or misuse of your video during or after submission.
Editing: AGS reserves the right to edit your video for clarity, branding, or length.
